Robert Ogłodziński-Kolman appointed Vice-Rector for New Technologies and Games!
We are delighted to announce that Robert Ogłodziński-Kolman - our Lecturer and Head of the Video Game Development programme - has been appointed Vice-Rector for New Technologies and Games by decision of the Rector, dr hab. Andrzej Ramlau.
This appointment reflects the direction in which the Warsaw Film School is heading: combining filmmaking with cutting-edge technologies and creating a space where students can grow across the full spectrum of contemporary media.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations and look forward to the new initiatives that will further strengthen our School’s position as a leader in film and technology education!
Robert Ogłodziński-Kolman
Since 2012, he has been active in the gaming industry, progressing from narrative designer to producer, manager and entrepreneur. He holds a degree in Journalism and postgraduate diplomas in Law, Economics and Management from the University of Warsaw. He also has over twenty years of experience in economic journalism.
He began his gamedev career at CD Projekt Red, working on titles such as "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" and "Cyberpunk 2077". As a freelancer, he co-created numerous independent games, collaborating with studios including Varsaw Games, Walkabout Games, Polyamorous, Fuero Games and Warhound. He has also worked in consulting and investment within the games sector.
He previously served as Head of Studio at Klabater, co-founded Longterm Games, Enjoy Studio and Rune Powered. He teaches game development at the Warsaw Film School.
